She completed the look with matching heeled boots. Days earlier, during her concert in Manchester, she wore a similar outfit that included sheer sleeves covered in rhinestones. Along with the May 26 performance simply being an impressive show from the pop icon on her 16th headlining tour, the show also signified Minogue's induction to the prestigious "21 Club" at The O2, which includes any artist who has performed at the venue 21 or more times. Minogue is the first female artist to become a member of the club. All members of the 21 Club are honored with a display featuring a special key on the wall at The O2.
