This year's awards show, taking place at the luxury resort Fontainebleau Las Vegas, takes place on Memorial Day. To commemorate the holiday, the AMAs and AMAs andEasy Day Foundation(a Las Vegas-based nonprofit which helps veterans transition to civilian life) are partnering "to present several special in-show moments that celebrate Veterans while raising funds for a variety of national and local organizations." During the awards show, two special performances will take place, along with a "presentation of a special award honoring a marquee talent who uses their platform to make meaningful contributions to the Veteran community."
